The first flurries of the season greeted us as we started Kristen & Cory's pre-wedding preparations at the Hilton Holiday Inn in Crystal Lake. To keep out of the wind, we moved our first look inside and I got some fun photos of the guys hanging out by the bar.

Next we headed to the Onion Pub & Brewery in Lake Barrington for the ceremony and reception. We were given special access to where the magic happens for a unique photo opportunity at the brewery. We took bride and groom portraits among the brewing equipment for a fun, industrial vibe. Next we took some photos by the bar with the bridal party and then started the ceremony with bag pipes leading the processional.

During the reception, Justin Beiber joined us at the head table to congratulate the wonderful couple on their marriage! Okay so maybe it was a life size cut out, but still! Cory also surprised Kristin with a sweet serenade after the toasts. There was no shortage of details including lots of pumpkins and a donut stand! Before the night was over, we braved the chilly, windy weather for a couple of night shots. The perfect way to end a perfect day.
