That's easy! I get to connect with people through the happiest, most memorable moments of their lives. Who doesn't love seeing the bliss of someone's wedding day or the energy of a highly anticipated event? It's so special to share in that with my clients because I am cheering right there for you! Photography is so much more than photos to me. It's about turning a moment in time into something crafted with purpose and meaning. It's about sharing these photos for generations to come.
"Why did you become a photographer?"
Before I was a photographer, I was a high school biology teacher and then a clinical supervisor for a small doctor's office. I started taking some photography courses as a hobby. In that time, I met and trained with a respected wedding photographer who had been in the industry for over 50 years. I fell in love with everything about photography and eventually decided to pour myself into JMP 100%!

I treat every wedding or event that I have the honor of being a part of with the utmost detail and care. It is my passion to continue to offer amazing photos and a personalized client experience. I am so grateful!
