Some love stories come full circle, and Daniel and Michelle's wedding was exactly that. Their story began at The Orchard Church in Arlington Heights, where they first met through their shared faith and community. Years later, they stood in that very same church, surrounded by family and friends, promising forever to one another. As an Arlington Heights photographer, being able to capture a wedding with such meaningful roots in our local community is always something special.

One of the things I love most about photographing weddings is seeing how every couple makes their day uniquely their own. For Daniel and Michelle, there couldn't have been a more meaningful ceremony location to them than The Orchard Church in Arlington Heights. The Orchard has become a cornerstone for their relationship, friendships, faith, and spiritual growth. Located right in the heart of Arlington Heights, its worship space and inviting campus created the perfect setting for Dan and Michelle's wedding ceremony. It was so special for them to have their ceremony in the place that has shaped so much of their journey together.

Reception at Arlington Lakes Golf Club
After taking bridal party portraits with their closest church friends at Kimball Hill Park in Rolling Meadows, the celebration continued at Arlington Lakes Golf Club in Arlington Heights, Illinois, where family and friends gathered for an evening full of heartfelt speeches, laughter, and dancing. Operated by the Arlington Heights Park District, the renovated clubhouse overlooks the golf course and offers elegant banquet spaces with scenic views for weddings and events with 100 guests or less. The surrounding greens and water features also provide opportunities for additional portraits at sunset. Having both the ceremony and reception in Arlington Heights made the day flow seamlessly while allowing guests to celebrate close to home.
A Couple Who Loves Adventure Together
One of the things about Daniel and Michelle is how naturally they enjoy simply being together. Whether they're exploring the outdoors, spending an afternoon playing pickleball, or serving alongside one another at church - they're happiest sharing experiences together. That easygoing connection translated playfully and lovingly into their wedding photographs. Those authentic moments are always the photographs that become family favorites.
