Cardio Kidz Spring 2026 | Arlington Heights Event & Family Photographer

The Cardio Kidz Spring 2026 Series kicked off this week in Palatine, Illinois with young runners and their families gathering for another fun and energetic event.

Participants starting at two can run age appropriate races while building confidence and staying active. Cardio Kidz focuses on encouraging kids to stay active in a positive, community-centered environment. Each week gives runners the opportunity to set goals, track improvement, and celebrate personal accomplishments.

Week 1 Highlights

This week’s event featured:

• Youth runners of all various ages and experience levels

• Kids working toward personal goals

• A fun and encouraging community atmosphere

• Sponsor booths with raffles, goodies, and more!

Each race provides children the chance to build confidence while enjoying friendly, low-pressure competition.
